Here's yet another clone in the collection that has been around for decades and never been photo-documented until now! This particular clone originates from the the legendary Jerry Addington of Courting Frogs Nursery! I have never met Jerry in person, but we are very close friends and I honestly talk to him more than I speak with my own parents! We're both old school and will spend hours on the phone, chatting about breeding crops, the "behavior" of genetics, and all sorts of nerdy stuff that you can totally learn about if you dig deep into the Sarracenia Forum! Just think about what I write in most of these threads and that's pretty much what our phone conversations are like, except we both curse like sailors and the conversations go on for a very long time because they're just so dang interesting. It's definitely a rated R version of the Sarracenia forum!
Anyways, speaking of Jerry, I asked him where this clone came from. He was quick to answer "Oh I don't [Effin] know....(he used a bad word that I could repeat here but I'd like to maintain a PG-13 atmosphere so younger enthusiasts can enjoy the forum as well). I got several of these clones many years ago in the mail, some of which probably came from Peter Paul's nursery, but there were likely other sources as well." I'm paraphrasing from memory, this conversation happened more than 10 years ago.
For those of you who grow Berkeley Co, SC flavas, you'll know many are tall and robust, and this clone is no exception! Under optimal conditions, it has a nice coppery lid with a beautifully green, contrasting body! The traps overall are kinda tall and skinny, but unlike other cupreas, the body rarely has red coloration to it....or at least nothing significant.

I wanted to take more pics, but the dang sun came up and ruined the light, so hopefully, more pics forthcoming.....
