You know a plant is healthy and vigorous when just 2 months after being dug up,stuffed in a box and shipped to the third plane of hell it manages to grow this beautiful pitcher. Thanks Mike!......... S. leuco Burgundy x minor giant 'pink clone'

The newer pitchers opened up over the weekend on the Sarracenia "green monster", and it just makes me happy. It is hard to truly capture how beautiful this plant is, at least to me. Hopefully next year I can add some more anthocyanin-free plants.

This pitcher opened up a few days ago and already has great color. It is s. leucophylla 'Red #1' and I got it from sunbelle two months ago.
My wife thought it would be nice to leash train our indoor cats. They really like going out, and you can almost walk them. More accurately, they walk us Oh yeah, there are some Sarracenias in the background

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
