I have added California Carnivores, Courting Frogs, and Meadowview to the map!
For some reason I cannot find Sarracenia Northwest on Google Maps! I will work on this.
But I did manage the add the Portland Saturday Market
Hope everyone finds the map of satisfactory functioning. If there are any problems let me know. I have overlayed the map on my Google Earth app on my computer, so I can easily fix mistakes and add locations. Don't be afraid to let me know or ask questions!
It's actually kind of confusing hcarlton. First you have to be logged in to Google. Then when you go to the map link you'll get an option to edit the map. I think I did mine wrong because my names stick out like a sore thumb in Kansas.....lol! No one else has their name show up except Adam.......I think I did that. Sorry Adam. If anyone can fix it, go for it. I kind of like the location points labeled when the map pulls up....then you don't have to click each point to find out what it means or what member it belongs to.
Uh, maybe this is obvious to everyone else, but: how do you add a spot to the map? I see no buttons anywhere or directions on how to do so...
No worries I gotcha.
You will have to be logged in to your Google account and get the full map by clicking on the link in this thread or full screening the map on the forum portal. (Is that what it's called?) You can then place points on the map with the search bar or the "Add Marker" button.

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
