Hello! I am a grower of Sarracenia in Southwest Ohio. My collection is not consisted of too much, but they all seem to be winners (especially one of them). I have very insane hybrid ideas, some of which will take an absurdly long time to make. For now, here are photos of my plants that I grow so far! I will update my growlist by replying to this post with a pic of the new plant along with the identity of it.
Sarracenia Wilkerson's White Knight x Lunchbox, which I have nicknamed "Knight of the Living Dead"
Sarracenia Johnny Wilkerson x Lunchbox, which I have nicknamed "Hotter Lips"
Sarracenia Alucard x Doreen's Colossus, which I have nicknamed "Red Veined Giant"
This here is a Sarracenia... well, you figure it out

Welcome fellow SW Ohio Sarracenia fan! Season's been a pretty good one around here, though mine are full of cicadas now so some larger pitchers will be sacrificed for the feast. Being close, let me know if ya need any pollen in future years from my collection for ya hybrid plans.
Hiya, welcome to the forum. Don't forget single quotes are reserved for registered cultivars.
Looks like the last one is Crown of Thorns, or maybe one of its siblings from Travid Wyman?
Guessing a critter got to it and shredded the pitchers. I also get my share of opossum attacks each year .
Ah, thanks for the tip about the quotes, don’t want any confusion going around. And you are correct, the last plant is a Crown of Thorns from Jeremiah Harris. The smaller pitcher got damaged during development and the other tall one just grew strangely. Luckily I haven’t had any damage from pests or animals yet, but if anything suspicious comes up on the plants, they are getting a nice ole quarantine.
sanguinearocks101: What are good plants to make hybrids with S. luecophylla with? Im looking for dark colors.

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
