Hi all, started growing about 4 years ago to control fruit flies in my redfoot tortoise cage. Collection has grown to over 50 plants including sars, f.traps, neps, helies, cephs, and dews. This is my first time on any kind of forum whatsoever so please be patient with me as I really don't know how to navigate thru this. Decided to finally join because of growing issues I'm having.
To upload images from a phone, you first have to scroll down to the bottom of the Home page and select 'Desktop'. The mobile view doesn't give you any options to upload photos or attachments.
Once you're in Desktop view and you start a new post, or a reply, you should be able to see the 'Upload Image' button along the top. It opens the 'Postimage' pop up in a new browser tab. Click 'Choose images' and direct the finder to the photo you want to upload.
For some reason, whatever photo I select initially (from either my phone or laptop) gives me a '404 not found' message with a button below saying 'Proceed'. But when I click on Proceed and re-select my photo again, it then works and shows my uploaded image.
You then scroll down to see a list of links, one of which is called 'Hotlink for forums:'. Copy the code below that, and paste it into your message. When you post your message you should then see your photo. You can paste a number of codes to show a number of photos in one message using this method.
It is a bit of a process, for sure, but don't be put off. Once you've done it a couple of times it will hopefully become second nature. Looking forward to seeing some plants when you've got the hang of it!

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
