S. "Karsyn Elise"...man I love this mutated beauty!
S. 'French Kiss' x leucophylla-hot pink selection. These plants all looked very plain the first few years and I had hundreds so I have them away and sold extras for silly cheap prices. Now every one I kept looks really nice. Here's a fat lipped clone. Very Nice once it colors up.
S.x xMoorei-Pinkish Top x areolata giant by Cedric Azais
S.x xMoorei-Phil Faulisi clone x flava var atropurpurea
S. leucophylla-Washington county AL from Mike Weezy
S. 'Leah Wilkerson'
One of my fav seed grown flavas. Nice color and shape.
Moved my Sarrs to an open field a coupe days ago and I've already seen what full sun from sunrise to sunset can do in a few days. I'm sure these show vibrant colors later on. However, it's very hard to get good pics because there is so much grass in the background, but at the same time I like it because it looks like the sarrs are in situ. All sarrs are from Mike Wang, highly recommend the guy!
The aphids got to this one before I could get to them, but still nice colors. This is Leucophylla from Baldwin Co Untitled by That One Guy7, on Flickr

I'm starting to photo-document some of the hybrids I've made over the past five years, starting with this one: S. Extreme Green X flava rubricorpora "MWF1". The rubricorpora used in this case passes on excellent red tube pigmentation to about half of its offspring (in most cases) so I use it as my go-to red tube parent now.
A second clone from the same cross:

summit: Hey guys, I'm about to sow some seeds and I was curious to know what everyone thinks 'too hot' for Sarracenia seeds would be? Having them in the dome bumps up the temps a bit.

DirtyDivisions: summit I’ve been fine at a constant 95° F under the dome. Once the tiny seedlings have two pitchers I remove the dome and temps go down.

summit: @dirtydivisions Thanks for that! I'm sitting around 87-88F with the dome fully sealed but I wasn't doing that and sacrificing humidity to keep it cooler but I'll go ahead and close it down now!

Skirt: Sarracenia can grow in Miami, right?
Feb 12, 2020 0:35:25 GMT -5
DirtyDivisions: Yep, Sarracenia will grow anywhere! In your toilet even...if have the proper amount of light etc...

mikee: Thanks you chofah, there is a great video from The Pitcher Project with Phil Faulisi this was what I was looking for. However it still appears to be wait and see what results come from the cross. Many thanks

Willy: It would be rather silly to expect totally predictable results from a cross. The individual plants grown from the seeds will vary, sometimes quite a bit, even with carefully protected hand pollination. If you open polinate, the variety may be even greater.

superstressed: Recently purchased a s. purpurea from Mike and I am so impressed with the quality of the plant that arrived. My Purpurea is now one of the larger plants in my collection! Mike also included an beautiful Flava var. for free. I will absolutely buy again.
