You're rarely going to find large ones for sale unless you have someone local to you that grows them. Most of us nursery people ship seedlings in peat pots for transplant so that the plants don't have transplant shock. Drosophyllum is, while not impossible, very difficult to transplant, and cannot be shipped bare root. I have a few right now for sale that are medium sized plants in 6" terracotta pots, but those would be super risky to ship, and expensive due to weight. We sell those at our nursery open houses, or at markets.

killerplants4realz you'll hardly find medium to large size dewys for sale online. Honestly, this is one of my fastest growing plant. Get a small one and it grows super fast. Got this back in April from jdallas and it's already turning into a big greedy pig.

Yeah I have some ones about your size ps3isawesome just trying to get a large one. I do know they are hard to ship I almost would take the chance of paying for something that might die. Yeah I know Jdallas I had someone willing to sale me one and ship but the price for the pot with dirt was insane!! $$$ I will admit I am a bit inpatient and hard headed:) I think I am going to come up with a way to ship them large. Some one should? I will just have to calm down and let my drosophyllum grow Lol:) Thanks for the advice guy's.

stu: Hi Mike: I’m pleased to report that the S. rubra wherryi Chatom Giant you sent has arrived in great shape as did the bonus plant from NC. Both are now back under southern skies and are feeling warm, humid, and at home again. Thanks!

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
