I am looking for a few sarracenia to round off my collection.....here are the ones I am actively seeking:
s x flies demise
s x saurus
s x A Poraïs
s x elaine wang
feel free to entertain me with other sarracenia but chances are I already have most sought after cultivars unless you come at me with some rare stuff that only comes around once every 4 years.
I am looking to buy for the moment but plant to liquidate all of my lowland nepenthes when it gets warmer.
far as what I like...i prefer BIG and showy sarracenia but will take either or if i am intrigued. so far my fav breeders are jerry, phil s and 1 more that escapes me ftm. lol. other than that i am a big fan of giant strains.
stu: Hi Mike: I’m pleased to report that the S. rubra wherryi Chatom Giant you sent has arrived in great shape as did the bonus plant from NC. Both are now back under southern skies and are feeling warm, humid, and at home again. Thanks!

adaetz100: Sarracenia purpurea tends to add a lot of red/purple to its offspring, but there are some lovely dark red flava x leucophylla crosses too. Look up 'Royal Ruby' if you're not familiar with it already--it's a natural flava x leuco hybrid
