April 2014 Forum Stats and Forum Announcements!
Hello everyone,
Here is my "insider information" about the forum to everyone. The forum statistics that I keep track of are Pageviews, New Threads, New Members, and # of Posts made. I can create a graph with a bigger range, but here is the graph for April of 2014:
So here is how the graph works. The Number of Posts made is in red, Number of Threads Created is in green, and the New Members is in yellow. All three of these are measured in the left hand scale.
The Number of Pageviews in blue is measured on the right hand scale.
-----Totals-----
One thing we can do with the graph is calculate the totals by looking at the area under each line .
Here are the totals for the month:
Pageviews: 85,556
Posts: 676
Threads: 57
New Members: 17
The 17 NEW MEMBERS OF THE MONTH ARE:
If you haven't done so already, head over to the introduction section of the website, and welcome the new folks, or send them a PM introducing yourselves. I am sure they would like to meet all of you. Building a healthy community will keep people coming back, especially new members which may be shy about participating in the forums for the first time!
-----T-Shirt-----
So, the shirt sales at this point have reached 55 out of our minimum of 40. If you still need to buy a shirt you can do so here:
teespring.com/Sarracenia
Not too shabby for a forum of this size. After the campaign ends in 4 days, it will take 7-14 days before anyone receives shirts. In about 5 days, I will post in the shirt section a new thread called t-shirt photos where people can start posting pictures of them in their new gear
As for the money for donating, we have raised a bit over 150 after cost of shirts and such, and whenever i receive that I will be donating it immediately to the NASC. I will post pictures to show you all the awesomeness.

Look out for next months Forum Stats and Information thread. It might have something special If I get it all together this month, it will be very awesome.
