Calen: you might be right, I get clone K and M confused since they're very similar.
I have plants from you labeled K and M and they are similarly awesome but definitely have some differences - I'm looking forward to observing them again this growing season. The Mobile Co. rosea thread should see some action!
Nice purps and roseas goodkoalie! They look awesome! Is the old dock clone H purp the one you got last spring or a new division from mike? Mine absolutely took off for me this year!
it is the one from last spring. It did not really do anything last season, it just sat there, and made 3 smaller leaves, which did color up nicely, but those leaves are dyeing off. I can't wait to see it in a few months.
Hmm mine went crazy last summer. It started with maybe 4 pitchers when I got it but then proceeded to flower and grow prolifically enough to produce two offshoots by the end of summer. I'll take some pictures this weekend when I go home to show the difference.

Just got my order.... Everything packaged beautifully, and I got a rubicorpa as an extra with my Mitchelliana! I have been looking to buy a rubicorpa, and it seems that coincidence got me one as an extra!
I will be a return customer for sure!

I had placed an order with Mike last year and was thoroughly impressed with how healthy the plants were and how helpful he was in helping me choose my plants. Naturally, I placed another order this year, a much larger order...
My second order came in Monday and even after seeing everyone's pictures, I was still floored by the quality of his plants. I definitely wasn't the easiest person for Mike to deal with. I had a lot of questions and he was more than happy to help me with all of them! Anyways here's what I got in my order, super healthy plants!
S. purpurea ssp. venosa Tattnall Co, GA: I have wanted this plant since my last order over a year ago. I immediately jumped the gun and requested Mike to save me a division almost two weeks before I had the rest of my order completed. I'm so glad I did, this guy is going to look great this year! S. rosea Mobile Co, AL clone A: Since I love the purpurea/rosea complex of plants I decided it was due time to add a rosea to the collection. Had Mike pick out any clone that he wanted. I’m really happy with the choice! I also can’t believe this guy is trying to flower already!! S. rosea Mobile Co, AL clone A by tagregory174, on Flickr
S. psittacina Bay Co, FL: I asked mike if he could pick out a predominantly green/white psitt and I think he picked pretty well! It looks like it’s going to be a super vigorous plant too! S. psittacina Bay Co. FL by tagregory174, on Flickr
S. leucophylla "61-D" Baldwin Co, AL: I thought I needed some more leucos in my life, and judging from all the pictures of seen of various Baldwin Co leucos, I figured I couldn’t go wrong choosing it. Can’t wait to see what the pitchers look like! S. leucophylla "61-D" Baldwin Co, AL by tagregory174, on Flickr
S. alata var. rubrioperculata Perry Co, MS: For some reason I always find myself attracted to sarrs that have a lot of green with a little red splash somewhere for contrast. This one fits the bill haha S. alata var. rubrioperculata Perry Co, MS by tagregory174, on Flickr
mikee: I have just joined this forum so will make a few mistakes - So here goes I have recently started my collection and now have some 150 to 200 plants during my first year. I have some very nice flowers spikes and would like to propagate.

mikee: Thanks you chofah, there is a great video from The Pitcher Project with Phil Faulisi this was what I was looking for. However it still appears to be wait and see what results come from the cross. Many thanks

Willy: It would be rather silly to expect totally predictable results from a cross. The individual plants grown from the seeds will vary, sometimes quite a bit, even with carefully protected hand pollination. If you open polinate, the variety may be even greater.

stu: Hi Mike: I’m pleased to report that the S. rubra wherryi Chatom Giant you sent has arrived in great shape as did the bonus plant from NC. Both are now back under southern skies and are feeling warm, humid, and at home again. Thanks!
